There’s a principle in behavioural science called “Liking” which means if you have something in common with someone you’ll likely have a friendly interaction.

Something I use often is highlighting something I have in common with someone.

Or genuinely being interested in the person on the other side of the table.

If you don’t have this connection sales is that little bit harder I’ve found.
