What Does My Marketing Team Do?

Running into a wife's client today she was telling me how there was some clashing in the marketing team over the new leadership.

And it just sounded to me like there was a new way of doing things, and accountability was now on the table.

For me it's on the table from day one in a marketing team.

There's so much you can get moving on which makes an impact from day one.

If you aren't getting a marketing team moving in 2026 with so much on the line, stress the point of this.
