Who told you brand the hell out of these and over think your strategy by over designing these?

I’d opt for something simple and accessible for your customer.

They’re going to spend all of 3 seconds in there if they even open it at all. Give them some text, a link to their action-required and be clear in your messaging why you are sending the email.
