I saw electric bicycle company Van Moof had a lot of problems sending their bicycles abroad. My buddy Jesse over at Bento was one of these customers.

They recently decided to model Samsung’s television boxing, seeing as they seem to not be getting complaints from a somewhat more fragile product.

Their product boxing now has a massive television icon (with a small bike icon inside the tv) the side of the box to imply that there is a box inside.

This improved international order defects somewhere from 60% down to 20%
