I was in a discussion with a small restaurant last week. They were looking (or screaming) for help on Facebook.

They were afraid. They've failed to consider what exactly their customer base is before this new found constraint (coronavirus) is in front of them.

They reached out and asked if I could manage their website. I told them it isn't a level of business I'd usually engage with and also told them managing a website for them wouldn't probably be in my immediate marketing strategy.

I don't think they've been aware of their options for so long. They've had a narrow view of their customer base and now they have no idea who their customer is.

I can tell you this, maximise opportunity whenever you can. But you only have so much time.
