As someone who has made hundreds of personas throughout my career in my past life as an Experience Designer, I've come to loathe them.
They often sit idle within a Powerpoint and never make it into the game, sitting on the sidelines being a regret from various business managers, who really didn't give a shit about the process to begin with.
Now since being within Data Science I can automatically carve out segmented buckets daily from a predictive model and set a new course for a particular top performing buyer profile.
This is a method called K Means Clustering, you really don't care the name of this. But you should care about the large % increase in sales with immediate effect.
