How it works
After you make your deposit, I’ll install Hotjar and Google Optimise on your site.
Using those tools, I’ll be able to:
- Discover your visitors’ intent
- Uncover user roadblocks to purchase
- Make tests based on findings in the data to unblock roadblocks
- I make incremental changes to figure out what is and isn’t working for your store.
- You get back on track with your sales and improving your products.
Here’s how I will do it:
- Set up heatmaps on high traffic pages and high bounce landing pages.
- Set up a sales funnel to identify your site’s biggest roadblocks.
- Set up customers surveys to help iterate on changes and find pain points.
- I charge a quarterly fee to run 3 A/B tests a month.
- On the last day of the month, I’ll write up the month’s results and provide you with the results and my next month’s added/removed tests.
To be eligible for this service, you’ll need a store with at least 5,000 monthly visits, and Google Analytics installed for at least 30 days.
